SonicWALL is announcing its break-through SuperMassive™ E10000 Series. The series represents the crown jewel of SonicWALL's comprehensive line-up of Next-Generation Firewalls including our existing E-Class NSA, NSA, and TZ 210 offerings featuring market leading Application Intelligence, Control & Visualization.
The SuperMassive E10000 Series is designed for large networks to deliver scalability, reliability and deep security at multi-gigabit speeds. Built to meet the needs of enterprise, government, university, and service provider deployments, the SuperMassive E10000 Series is ideal for securing enterprise networks, data centers and server farms.
According to Gartner, 60% of new firewall purchases by the year-end 2014 will be Next-Generation Firewalls which integrate firewall, intrusion prevention, and importantly, application awareness and enforcement. SonicWALL’s SuperMassive E10000 Series leverages our Reassembly-Free Deep Packet Inspection engine to scan every byte of every packet delivering full content inspection of the entire stream while providing high performance and low latency. The SuperMassive E10000 design provides near-linear performance increases and scales up to 96 cores of processing power to deliver 40+ Gbps of Firewall throughput, 30+ Gbps of Application Inspection with IPS, and 10+ Gbps of full Anti-Malware protection.
Product Availability
Consisting of the E10100, E10200, E10400 and E10800, the SuperMassive E10000 Series is field upgradeable, future-proofing an organization’s security infrastructure investment as network bandwidth and security requirements increase. SonicWALL SuperMassive E10100 will be delivered in Q2 of this year while SuperMassive E10200, E10400 and E10800 will be delivered in Q3.
